What is Re:Generation?

We all experience brokenness in life. At re:generation, we believe that anyone can experience new life and freedom by working through steps of healing from anxiety, fear, forgiveness, pride, codependency, anger, abuse, and addictions   given to use by God through the Bible. Come join us as we walk through this together.

Susan – depression, anxiety & codependency

Susan felt useless and broken, living in what felt like a pit of despair with crippling depression. After years of suffering, she started to rely on God’s eternal promises to her and was able to find hope and rest in His presence. Fully restored, redeemed, regenerated, and loved, God has revealed to Susan that she is not defined by her emotions and that her values and worth are defined by His love; she is His precious and beautiful daughter.

Isaiah 40:4 Every valley shall be lifted up, and every mountain and hill be made low; the uneven ground shall become level and the rough places a plain.

Shelly – fear of failure, worry & anxiety

After many years of conquering her anxiety by taking the Word of God captive, Shelly found herself in a place of restlessness, having moments of panic and an overall sense of feeling stuck as the enemy used the fear of failure to grip her life.  In the past, Shelly had learned to rely on what she calls, “the bookends,” that is, to learn and then practice what the Word says to receive God’s peace.  However, God had something more in store for her restoration. He wanted to teach Shelly that in Christ, she was His living testimony, and that He was working through her latest struggle to bring her even more freedom. God showed Shelly that He will go to the deep places and root out the untruths that she had harbored. God was seeking to make her holy and whole, by his love and for his glory!

Psalm 115:1 Not to us, O Lord, not to us, but to your name give glory, for the sake of your steadfast love and your faithfulness!
