What is Re:Generation?

We all experience brokenness in life. At re:generation, we believe that anyone can experience new life and freedom by working through steps of healing from anxiety, fear, forgiveness, pride, codependency, anger, abuse, and addictions   given to use by God through the Bible. Come join us as we walk through this together.

Testimony – Flora

Celebrate Recovery is a Christian based principle-driven recovery program. Our personal testimonies are centered around God and how we need Him for recovery. Everything said is confidential so it gives you the freedom to share your heart in a safe environment.
CR teaches the tools you need to apply God’s principles to use during your struggle.

In the 5 years of my CR process, there’s been a lot of restoration in relationships. CR didn’t help me heal and restore the relationships, but it helped me heal the hurts and brokenness inside of myself to then deal with the relationships in a healthy way. It’s been a beautiful shedding of past hurts.

Not being alone in my recovery is important. When I was alone it was the roughest patch of my journey. It was nice to hear that I wasn’t the only one battling hurts. When I heard people around me share their struggles it encouraged me to press forward. I’ve gained wonderful relationships, insight into who I am, and also who I am in Christ. He has shown me how He sees me, and I didn’t have that before.

Every time I walk into CR there’s always going to be something I’m working through. I have to focus on taking a bold step toward Him, but it’s comforting to know that God is going to be there for every step. I’m not the same person I was before walking into CR. I’m not saying that I don’t struggle anymore because I still do. Now I have confidence in knowing God will give me the tools that I need to move in the right direction.

I came to Real Life Ministries Texas because my husband was drawn to the CR program there. I saw him change and how much it impacted him so it naturally drew me to the church.

When I walked in the door it was an amazing feeling of being welcomed, not being able to just sneak in and sneak out. Everyone made me feel like I was already part of the church even though it was the first time I’d been there. I had felt lonely, and since I’ve been at Real Life I’ve made many beautiful relationships and accountability partners.

Every time there’s a struggle I overcome there is a celebration. There are people to encourage me, support me, and pour into me. That made me want to come back and work on recovery and be a part of this amazing church family.

I’d like to encourage others that Celebrate Recovery is not just recovery from drug or alcohol-related issues. CR also covers areas like anxiety, depression, abandonment, food addiction, and anything hinders you or that you struggle with. We take every consideration to anything someone is struggling with.

Come witness the power of the principles, and be surrounded by people who will walk alongside you and help you navigate through bad times. It truly is my heart to love on people and to give them a safe place to navigate.
